🌸 Wealth BuildHer Community Code of Conduct 🌸

A living agreement for how we show up for ourselves and each other.

Wealth BuildHer is a space where women come together to build real wealth and meaningful connection. To ensure this community remains supportive, safe, and empowering, all members agree to the following guidelines:

1. Lead with Generosity.

We believe in rising together. Share what you can, knowledge, encouragement, ideas, and experiences, with a spirit of care. Ask for help when needed, and offer it when you can.

✦ Give more than you take.

✦ Acknowledge others for their contributions.

✦ Practice reciprocity with intention and balance.

2. No Judgment, No Shame.

This is a space to learn, grow, and evolve at your own pace. Everyone’s financial journey is different. We never shame others for what they know, don’t know, spend, or save.

✦ There is no “right” way to approach life, money, or success.

✦ We hold space without giving unsolicited advice or criticism.

✦ We assume positive intent and seek understanding before reacting.

.3. Confidentiality is Sacred.

This community thrives when members can share vulnerably. What is shared here stays here.

✦ Do not share screenshots or stories without explicit permission.

✦ If you want to quote or repost something, ask first.

✦ Respect boundaries around privacy and personal information.

4. Stay Curious, Not Dogmatic.

We celebrate diverse paths to wealth and fulfillment. This is a space for dialogue, not dogma.

✦ Share your truth without needing others to agree.

✦ Be open to new ideas and frameworks, even if they challenge your current thinking.

✦ Explore your money beliefs with curiosity and compassion.

5. Keep It Human.

Behind every screen is a real woman navigating her own life story. We treat each other with care and respect - always.

✦ No trolling, spamming, self-promotion, or solicitation without permission.

✦ Discrimination, hate speech, or harassment of any kind will result in immediate removal with no questions asked.

✦ Outside of the above, when conflict arises, we aim for repair, not rupture.

6. Celebrate Progress (Not Perfection).

This is not a place for performance. We celebrate small wins, honest check-ins, and the messy middle of becoming.

✦ Share your journey honestly, even when it’s uncertain or unfinished.

✦ Uplift others in their process, not just their outcomes.

✦ Trust that who you are is enough.
